This topic is related to responding to antigens and acquiring immunity. Mast cells play the key role in hypersensitivity. They release histamine to cause inflammation and vasodilation.
B cellls are involved into clonal selection. They multiply in lymph nodes to produce antibody-secreting plasma cells.
MHC class I is expressed in all nucleated cells and presents viral antigens to activate cytotoxic T cells. Dendritic cell A expresses high MHC Class II and acts as an APC to initiate the adaptive response via T cells.
Dendritic Cell A expresses high interferon and signals neighbouring cells to create an antiviral state.
