Imām al-'Allāmah al-Habīb 'Umar b. Hafīḍh asks Allah within this beautiful qaṣīdah for supreme gifts by virtue of the blessings of the greatest of intermediaries in His court, the Master of the Universe, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
Through such supplications of the Knowers of Allah from amongst the scholarly prophetic inheritors, we ourselves learn what to prioritise when asking Allah as well as how to ask.
