Описание: This house that I viewed was in pretty great shape. I really liked the nighborhood as well. The house was in pretty decent shape overall and the roof good. The old owner renovated the place and rented it out for 10 years. There is access to some parking that can be used. I love the big heavy duty door. The place just needs a cleaning and it's good to go.
