The MDC Mutt 56:1 transformer and half wave end fed full antennas are now available to purchase from maddogcoils.com.au
The ferrite is part number 2643251002 and the enamelled copper wire used is 1.25mm diameter to handle 100 watts. Feed point is via BNC socket.
The full antenna kit for the Classic bands comes with 20 metres of BNTECHGO silicon wire 20 AWG and tunes for the 40, 20, 15 and 10 metre bands. At the 2 metre point there is a small coil of 6 turns to provide a better in band resonance for the 10 metres.
The full antenna kit for the WARC bands comes with 13 metres of BNTECHGO silicon wire 20 AWG and tunes for the 30, 17 and 12 metre bands. At the 12 metre point there is an inductor coil (10.5uH) to provide resonance for 30 meters.
