ingredients:
for marinating:
squid -2kg
turmeric powder- 1tsp
lemon juice-1/4 cup
salt - 1tsp
for masala powder:
red chilli-12 no
coriander seeds-2 tsp
cumin seeds- 1tsp
fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp
garlic whole
for sukka masala:
chopped onion-2
chopped tomato- 1
choppod green chilli-1
ginger& garlic paste - 1tsp
curry leaves- 8 ton 10
kashimiri red chilli powder (optional)- 1tsp
grated coconut- 1/2 cup
tamarind juice- 1/4 cup
salt as per taste
water as if required coriander leaves chopped
