I'M SANE// Void AMV

Описание: I’d like to begin with a message I wrote the day I found this song: “Just wanted to note that on 11/8/23 I found the song I’m Sane, this is way after production of Baby Hotline has begun. I've never heard this before, I’m shocked that this is literally Xavier and just wanted to note the day I found this :)” More on this later.

But first FINALLY we get the full picture of Xavier!! A void creature disguised as his creator trapped in a self-made loop of making and destroying his creations. After the events of Baby Hotline in which he takes over the lab and begins making creatures, he sees that they don’t hold together well at first. But thinking upon his own creation and realizing he must add void and human flesh together, he finally gets a (semi) working formula to bring life and form to the other void creatures (Something that interferes HEAVILY with what Jax and Liza are doing at the time, containing the creatures, which is why they are trying to stop him). Unfortunately it’s not perfect, and creatures still tend to fall apart in some cases, which has led to him prematurely breaking them and trying to put them back together better in an endless cycle. It all takes a lot out of him, but he thinks it’ll turn out well in the end. It will not! I fully encourage any questions you may have about him, I live to yap about this guy.

OH MY GOD IT’S DONEEE!!! SECOND AMV EVER AND FIRST ONE WITH MY CHARACTERS!!!! RIGHT BEFORE FINALS!!! YIPPEE!!! Guys I swear I pulled out all the stops!! I worked so hard!! Flipaclip has never crashed on me before but it crashed several times under the weight of this. I lost several years of my life/j BUT HOLY HECK THIS WAS SO WORTH IT AND I'M SO PROUD!!!! This is actually my favorite animation I've ever made!!!

AND ALSO YA’LL I found this song accidentally in November 2023 while working on Baby Hotline and it changed my brain chemistry, it was SO GOOD. Xavier has been a character of mine for a while but I'd never found a song that worked with his story so well??? I didn't even know it was associated with Poppy Playtime at first, it just works so well in every context!! I absolutely adore this song and as soon as I heard it I knew I needed to animate it! I started on about November 20th I think (I was trying not to start until Baby Hotline was finished but I Massively Failed because the song was so good) and I’ve been working on it for about does math 6 MONTHS???? This is my longest project both time-wise and frame-wise but I WOULDN’T CHANGE ANYTHING I’M SO HAPPY WITH IT!!!!

Program used was Flipaclip, where everything was made! It was done at 10fps and there are exactly 1580 frames total!

Also for the record I don't know much Poppy Playtime lore, I only know of like,, the bare existence of DogDay and CatNap and the Smiling Critters but I'm willing to learn if anyone wants to tell me anything in the comments!
