Urulai Roast
Baby potato - 250 gms
Onion - 2 nos
Tomato - 1 nos
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 4 nos
Coconut - 2 tbs
Idli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – few
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt as required
