Played by Leela Chess Zero, artificial intelligence 2020 which started to learn chess 2 years ago from scratch, just by playing against itself. And now during the computer championship, Lc0 sacrificed the queen to take a bunch of initiative. What's not visible for Stockfish was perfectly fine for AI. The choice of games like this one can be found only on the future best youtube chess channel. The game was played during the TCEC season 18, or if you like the full name: Top Chess Engine Championship 2020. It gives a very nice view of chess strategy for beginners, definitely a completely fresh view of chess. We don't recommend trying it at home but you can understand that very often chess sacrifice strategy is based on initiative and activity of pieces. It was definitely one of the best Leela Chess Zero chess games in its short history.
