Crackers are 1 cup discard with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Add your favorite cheeses, herbs, spices, or sundried tomatoes. bake at 350 for 15 to 20 mins until crispy and slightly golden brown.
Humus is 1 can garbanzo beans ( chicken peas), 1 roaster red pepper, 1/3 cup Tahini, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 5 tablespoons water if needed to blend it together. olive oil on top of humus when done and sprinkle with smoked paprika and add more crush garlic to the top if desired. refrigerate and cover humus if not eating right away.
