Tomato pie

Описание: One of my favorite dishes! Nothing beats a good ole tomato pie
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes of your choice
Fresh basil
1 onion
Garlic - ask your heart
Sharpe cheddar
Pepper jack
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Aleppo pepper
1 pie crust

How to:

Pre-heat your oven to 375, lay in your pie crust, fork some holes and cook for about 10 minutes!

slice your tomatoes, place them on a drying/cooling rack, sprinkle on some salt and let them sit for 10-15 minutes to pull out any extra moisture! Then pat with a paper towel to dry!

in a bowl, combined your onion, garlic, seasonings and basil!

in another bowl combined your cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings!

once your pie crust is done, lay in your tomatoes, sprinkle on your onion/garlic mixture and then lay on your cheese mixture! Be sure to spread it evenly!

cook for 25-30 minutes until nice and golden brown!

Garnish with basil and wooooo eeeee, enjoy this delightful dish!
