The Libertarian Party of Tennessee is going to be starting a lawsuit to overturn our abysmal ballot access laws. As it sits we are required to collect 49,000 signatures just to get a candidate on a ballot only once.
We need funds to get the lawsuit started and to run a state wide ad campaign to inform the public of the current law and to expose the Republicans and Democrats who have said “The people don’t need a third party it will just overwhelm them”.
