Some Korean Churches have no pipelines or pathways to help develop female leaders or help train more women to use their gifts and talents in the church. Not all women want to do Elementary or Women's ministry. Are there other roles for them?

Our solution is to build something that has never been done before where we bring the KM and EM pastors from the same church to the same seminary. We will be launching an English speaking M.Div program at our seminary which currently only has Korean speaking academics.
