We begin in Hiroshima City, visiting the powerful Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Park, a moving tribute to history and resilience. After reflecting on the past, we enjoy a local specialty—Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki, a delicious savory pancake layered with noodles and packed with flavor! 🥢🔥

Next, we head to Miyajima Island, home to one of the Three Great Views of Japan. We admire the stunning floating Torii Gate and explore the island’s charming streets. To top it all off, we experience our first-ever stay in a traditional Japanese ryokan, complete with tatami mats, yukata, and a relaxing onsen.

We started this channel to highlight all our travels and have recently started traveling more internationally after our dog Chibi passed away in June 2023. For the 15 years while she was with us, we traveled around the United States and even into Canada. We named this channel after her, and have dedicated all our future travels to her.
