From the Chain Box, head south and enter the Restroom. There should be a cart that you can climb and head into Room L1. A breakable wall in Room M3 lets you access Room M2, where you will find the Calendar Page. The Calendar Page gives the first number, which is "1".

Follow these steps for the remaining three numbers:

Look inside the Sink to find six pills
Turn around to find a hole in the wall that shows a light flicker twice before going dark
Through the door slit, you can see a clock that you can approach from the other side, and upon turning the hand to "2," the clock will start ringing.


Matching the numbers with the Calendar Page, the code for the Combination Lock you get is 1622.
