Here is a trip report onboard virgin trains. We take the train from London Euston to Glasgow Central. Today’s calling points is Warrington bank quay, Wigan North Western, Preston, Lancaster, Oxenholme Lake District, Carlisle, Motherwell and Glasgow Central.
Today’s train is a Class 390 Pendolino train which is made up off 11 coaches. These trains have tilting technology in them that helps them tilt round corners at high speed. More information can be found in this link below.
