ABOUT OUR GUEST
April is a certified Quantum Human Design Specialist, certified oracle card reader, Intuitive Life Coach, and an author. She came to Human Design after a long career in the youth development and human services field. Her first, multiple-award-winning book, I Hug You in My Heart, was published in 2021. ABOUT YOUR HOST
Rossana D is a scientist by education and in her 9-to-5 job. She reached a burnout at work in 2019. Since then, she has been on a long, healing journey through psychotherapy, and personal study. She had to peel lots of painful layers to heal, go down to the core, and build herself back up from there. In this on-going journey, she has learned a lot about mental health issues, and how they can affect people’s lives. Having experienced the stigma that surrounds mental illnesses, she is dedicated to share her experience, the downfall, and the recovery. The objective is to inspire, educate, support, encourage, and equip her audience on mental health illnesses, and normalize the conversation so that the stigma associated with mental health issues can become a thing of the past within one generation.
