Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC has reacted to Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor’s victory in the Bankipur Assembly by-election in Bihar. Speaking in Mumbai, Shaina NC said that by-elections are unpredictable and that electoral victories and defeats are part of politics.
