Gokyo Trail Day 15 16 - Knocking on Heaven's Door - Last Night in Namche

Описание: Sometimes getting off the mountain is actually more challenging than getting onto the mountain. In this episode join us for the long way home - through the beautiful Gokyo trail. We literally walked through clouds on the way home. Getting back down to Namche we were exhausted but so excited to be there. However, a lot had changed since we had been gone. The Delta variant hit hard May 2021 while we were in the passes, we arrived in Namche on the last night they were set to be open. It felt like a literal ghost town. Dinner, drinks and live music were enjoyed - and the last we would experience for some time.
