Calorie calculation:
Body Weight x 10 x Activity number (1.3-2.1) = Maintenance Cals
Maintenance Cals - 250/500 = cutting calories
Protein: Body weight x 0.8-1.2 = protein x 4 = Protein cals
Fat: 15-25% of calories / 9 = Fat in G
Carbs: fat cals + Protein cals - total cutting calories = carbs / 4 = in
