Talk abstract:
The study presents a tyramide signal amplification (TSA)–based immunofluorescence strategy designed to enhance the detection of low-abundance biomarkers on single extracellular vesicles (EVs) and circulating tumor cells (CTCs). Compared to conventional fluorescent antibody methods, the developed TSA approach provides stronger and more stable signals, a broader dynamic range, and supports multiplexed staining. The optimized protocol is validated on glioblastoma CTCs and EVs from both cell lines and patient samples, and can be readily adapted for use with other cancer types or protein targets.
