Coleman BT200x Mini Trike build. No Welding, No drilling in frame, all bolt on

Coleman mini bike trike conversion. Bt200x

seen a few other conversion videos on here but none that just allow you to bolt on without drilling in the frame and no welding.. 👍

this is a game-changer now, I can register this as an ATV. which means in my city with a permit you can drive atv's on the street !

keep in mind the wheel bolt pattern did not line up correctly with the Hubs I purchased, I did use original Sprocket but had to drill the holes slightly larger on the sprocket hub for the bolts to fit as they were small holes on the new hub but did line up.. you have to drill those at the perfect size or there will be play and you don't want that!

I also added the correct length bolts with lock nuts on the bearings. as you can see in the video that they weren't long enough, and a washer 🙂
