If you fly to Brooklet Hill on Akala Island, you can try fishing by the bubbling water on the place shown in the video. If you exit Brooklet Hill to go inside Brooklet Hill - Totem's Den you will very easily be able to reset the bubbles. By bubbling water there is a 5% encounter rate to find Feebas in sun and moon.
