Bees Knees cocktail recipe
Ingredients
60ml aromatic gin (2 oz)
30ml lemon juice (1 oz)
22.5ml honey syrup (0.75 oz)
Method
1. In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients
2. Shake for 10-12 seconds
3. Double strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a lemon twist
