I spent thee-days in the Texas Hill Country bikepacking with my Scott Aspect 750. I carried everything on the bike; camping two nights at Pace Bend Park; biking paved roads and 15 miles of mountain bike trails. GPS locations for my campsites and swimming areas are included in the video.
