The pilot plant was completed safely, on schedule, and under budget, a testament to Alligator’s strong project management, Ahrens’ capability, and the disciplined approach taken throughout the build. Reaching Practical Completion in line with the original program is a significant achievement and reinforces the strength of our construction and commissioning plan, especially given the logistical and operational complexities involved in delivering a new ISR pilot plant facility.
