In this guided meditation we be accessing the subconscious mind, accessed with the support of spirit guides and healing frequencies.
The setting is a natural body of water and a comfortable journey from the surface to the waterbed and back again. This can be utilized for major personal transformations or more gentle intentions. Whatever you feel called to.
Please get comfortable, take a few gentle cleansing breaths, and allow yourself to receive the most benefit from your experience today.
