Описание: In this series I am going to go over the contents of the yugioh rule book. Additionally I'll be addressing things not in the rule book on the pages they relate to although they may be a bit complicated for a completely new duelist, they weren't there for a reason. This episode will be covering from the pages 28 and 29 from the rule book on spell cards. I'll be discussing what the different properties of Spell cards are as well as addressing rulings related to some of these things as well.
