In this 30 Min Full Body KETTLEBELL + BODYWEIGHT HIIT workout we will be having 2x 10 movements which will be performed in two parts. Each part will have 2x bundles of 4x movements for 2x rounds in a row followed by a duo movements also for 2x rounds in a row!
In the majority of today’s workout we will be having 2x kettlebell and 2x bodyweight movements in a row and that will change the dynamic of the workout compared to what we usually do with the kettlebell + Bodyweight Hiit workouts.
We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds and there will be 15 seconds and 20 seconds rest in between (Depending on the section of the workout!)
You can Simply Increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and performing the bodyweight movements faster.
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue), 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) Kettlebell.

5. Alt. Reverse Lunge Biceps Curl
6. Single Arm Kettlebell Thruster (R/L)
7. KB Grab Knee Pull To Hip Lift
8. 2x Push Up H. Walk Jumps
2x Rounds
9. Kettlebell Stiff Leg to Drop Squats
10. 4x KB Toe Taps - Burpee
2x Rounds
11. Bent over Take Over
12. Take over hammer curl Reverse Lunges
13. Power Jacks
14. Knee Lunge 2x Jump Squats
2x Rounds
15. Pullover To Narrow Press Dynamic
16. Explosive Deadlift To Overhead Press
17. Explosive Sit Up Roll Taps
