In today’s episode, we set of from Khunde (3,840m), pass by Mong La, and trek to Phortse Tenga (3,840m), but before we leave Chhepal’s home village we take time to hang out with his family and checkout the local school. We have a long chat with Chhepal’s uncle, Dawa Norbu, who has been a climbing guide for three decades and has scaled many of the Himalayan peaks including Everest.
