ROAD TRIP THROUGH THE PANORAMA ROUTE | EXPLORING WATERFALLS & HIDDEN GEMS | MPUMALANGA, SOUTH AFRICA

Описание: Since South Africa has so many long weekends, I decided to make use of this opportunity and arranged a trip to the Lowveld of South Africa, otherwise known as Mpumalanga. Mpumalanga is an incredible province and it was an absolute pleasure exploring this amazing part of our country.

I took along one of my very good friends, Ruan Pretorius, and left for Mpumalanga on the 19th of March. Our first stop was in the Kaapschehoop where we completed 2 hikes, one of which contained a waterfall! Later that day we made our way to Graskop where we stayed at The Graskop Hotel. The next day we made our way to Sabie and did a short little hike to Bridal Veil Falls. Once we've reached the waterfall we decided to do a little activity that will spike the adrenaline. So, we contacted Kestell Adventures and did a canyoning activity to the bottom of Mac Mac Falls. What an awesome experience! We ended off the day by meeting some family members next to the Sabie River and headed back to The Graskop Hotel.

On Sunday we explored the blyde River Canyon and camped out there for the night and on Monday we did a few hikes and drove to Limpopo in the afternoon. As soon as we arrived in Limpopo, we made our way to umVangati House, which was the accommodation we stayed in. Words can't even explain the experience we had there. UmVangati has the most amazing views and this is totally the place to go if you're ever looking for a weekend breakaway.

On our last day, we did another epic hike and made our way home late afternoon.

This trip was another eye-opener of how beautiful our country really is. I hope that this video inspires you to explore our beautiful country and all it has to offer.
