I Tested the BMW M3 Comp and Cadillac CT5V Blackwing: Which One Wins?

Описание: 👋 If you want the ultimate family sedan, look no further then the Cadillac CT5-V BlackWing and the BMW M3 Competition! These can be spec'd over $100,000 and offer some serous performance! While the CT5V BW and M3 Comp are performance packed, they are also normal sedans that can be driven on the day to day and be very family friendly. While the CT5 and M3 are not 2025 model years, these are still on sale and relatively unchanged for the newest year. You'll find a 3.0L inline 6 cylinder for the M3 with twin turbos pushing up to 523 HP and 479 TQ. In the M3 range you can get a manual with rear wheel drive or the ZF 8 speed auto with rear wheel drive, or the xDrive AWD with the 8 speed. For the CT5-V BlackWing this has a massive 6.2L Supercharged V8 with 668 HP and 659 TQ. Only rear wheel drive with either the 6 speed manual or 10 speed auto. Both are cool cars and even with so much more power in the CT5, the M3 is just as quick. Since the M3 has AWD available, that's actually the quickest option between either car. Both have nice interiors with plenty of space and nice refinements. The Cadillac does feel more like a solid luxury car with higher quality interior and materials. M3 feels nice and sporty tho. Also the M3 seems to have a larger trunk and back seats. The M3 feels more nimble to drive and has a more playful character while the CT5V is very planted and keeps you on your toes like a muscle car would. So I feel the M3 is ideal for a bit younger buyer like myself, however if I was a bit older like in my 40's I could see liking the Cadillac more. Both are super cool and offer the best performance in a family sedan!
