Pulsed electromagnetic fields are possible based on the 4 forces of nature: strong force, the weak force, the electromagnetic force and gravity. Anywhere there is an electric field, that is, where there is a charge, whether it’s a positive charge or negative charge, there will be a magnetic field. We see this regularly with powerlines and even static electricity. I will be discussing the types of magnetic fields, the frequency or pulse rate, the intensity, the inverse square law, Faraday’s law and how all these factors produce the benefits of PEMF therapy.
