Описание: Finally showing you how to do the Nollie/ nose 180, this trick is something you can easily work at each day with little to no risk, work within your comfort zone and ease into it, the nose press is key to understanding the pivot point when doing the Nollie 180, start slow, stay safe!
Begin by rolling at a moderate speed, with your feet in the riding position on the pedals and your body in a balanced stance.
Approach the obstacle you want to perform the trick on, whether it's a curb, ramp, or other feature.
As you approach the obstacle, begin to shift your weight forward onto the front wheel, using your arms to lift the handlebars off the ground slightly.
As the front wheel comes off the ground, quickly turn your head and shoulders in the opposite direction of the turn you want to make (e.g., if you want to turn left, turn your head and shoulders to the right).
While turning your head and shoulders, use your feet to lift the back wheel off the ground and initiate the 180-degree spin.
As you spin, keep your eyes focused on your landing spot and use your arms to control the direction of the spin.
Once you've completed the 180-degree spin, prepare to land by extending your legs and arms to absorb the impact of the landing.

It's important to practice nollie 180s in a safe and controlled environment, such as a skatepark or empty parking lot.
