Crockpot Cubed Steak
Ingredients:
6 – 9 pieces of cubed steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup beef broth
1 cup all purpose flour
1 onion sliced into rings
1 package of dry onion soup mix
Vegetable oil to brown the cubed steak
Directions:
Flour the cubed steak and brown it in a skillet
Place a layer of onion rings in the crock-pot
Place a layer of cubed steak on the onions
Continue to layer the onions and steak
In a separate bowl mix the mushroom soup, the celery soup and the beef broth
Pour the soup mixture over the cubed steak and onions
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top and do not stir
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours in the crock-pot
Serve with your favorite sides
