In this 20-minute session, I work up to a 425 lb top set with a calm, structured approach — followed by heavier reverse band work to reinforce strength without sacrificing position.
This isn’t ego lifting.
It’s intelligent progression.

• Patience off the floor
• Hip control
• Upper back tension
• Technical discipline
