How To TRAM Your CNC Router Using Basic Tools, CNC Router Tramming Tutorial Video

Описание: This video tutorial teaches you how to tram your CNC router using basic tools in your toolbox.

Tramming is making sure your CNC router spindle or trim router is square, or perpendicular to the spoilboard (or waste board) for the CNC router table. You want to make sure your router is in tram before you cut anything, including surfacing, or flattening the spoilboard. Otherwise, you will have uneven surfaces on your cuts and on the spoil board.

A much more accurate method for trimming is to use a dial indicator. that will be shown in another video.
