Moist, light and flaky Peach Fillo Crinkle Cake. It’s very delicious traditional Greek dessert Soufra. It’s so delicious that you’ll cook it over and over again and it’s also quick and really easy to make.
Ingredients:
375g fillo pastry - before using fillo pastry take it out from the fridge to bring it up to room temperature (in the packaging)
140g unsalted butter, melted
3 peaches (fresh or preserved)
Custard:
300g thickened cream
150g caster sugar (about 8 tbsps)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
To serve:
Honey, chopped pistachios
Tin size: 30cm
Bake in the oven 180C/350F fan forced for about 40 min or until the pastry is golden. Serve warm! Enjoy!
