Volcano Chocolate Bon Bon Part 1

Описание: Volcano’s are the signature bon bon of Chef Martin Diez, Barry Callebaut. I thought I’d give it a try and share my first attempt making them with you! As pretty much always my bon bons need improvement.. like a lot :)

Volcanos look like a chocolate bon bon is doing a cannonball into chocolate. Right in the moment where bon bon hits the chocolate pool!
