Описание: We found a new born buffalo calf without a mother and surrounded by vultures. Two of our largest buffalo bulls were cleaning it and pushing it toward the rest of the herd. The herd surrounded it, cleaned it, and tried to give it to us. We picked her up and took her in the truck to get colostrum at the dairy, and meet a friend that had a mother that just lost her calf.

Update 2019 : This baby was taken to a nearby friends home. They had a bison mother that had lost a baby. This buffalo is still alive and well and living with this family.
