Just wrapped up another great training session this morning, and it’s been a full week without any crazy spasms in my lower back or obliques, which feels huge. I’ve been making it a priority to train my weak areas first, so they actually get done. I started the session with backward sled pulls, good girls and bad girls, then moved into the rear delt machine, back extensions, and hyper leg extensions to get everything warmed up and activated. For the main lift, I chose seated shoulder press instead of standing so I wouldn’t load my lower back or overwork my obliques, which are clearly still weak. I did three sets of 60s for around 8 reps, then finished with some sit-ups. I walked out feeling better than I walked in.
