DIY Mermaid Decorations / Halloween / Bottle / Theme Party

Описание: How to make Mermaid Tears Potion Bottle Decor. Perfect for a mermaid theme party or for Halloween and they are so easy to make, see below for the supply list. You don’t need a great deal of materials, just collect your empty bottles and jars and get decorating with these techniques. If you don't have acrylic paint and ironing water you can do this just as easily with a milky looking hand soap.
