The Duramag Speed 30rd aluminum 5.56x45 magazines are our improvement on the standard USGI design. As a part of our T-360 coating process, the red color is hard coat anodized into the heat-treated aluminum body and then fully coated inside and out with our clear coating, for exceptional performance right out of the package! On top of being a high performance magazine built to last, using our colored Duramag Speed magazines are a great way to sort ammunition types or calibers. These magazines are also great to use during training classes and range days to quickly differentiate your mags from the mags of other shooters on the range.
