Curated to elevate the tradition, diners can expect to be amazed by the mastery of our chefs as they delve into mouth-watering selections, including some of Gordon Ramsay’s iconic dishes in bite sizes. These selections include the iconic Beef Wellington, Boston Lobster Roll and classic finger sandwiches of Beetroot cured Salmon with Crème Fraiche and Avocado, and Coronation Chicken with Coriander Cress. To delight the sweet palate, indulge in the Yuzu Mille-feuille, Orange Blossom Mousse, Apple Crumble with Crème Diplomate, 64% Manjari Chocolate Tart and Raspberry Macaroon. No tea experience is complete without the quintessential Plain & Raisin Scones with its perfect pairing of Devon Clotted Cream & Strawberry
Preserve.

The Afternoon Tea experience is enhanced with the tea trolley in its most exquisite form. Take delight in the aroma of tea as the hostess rolls out the trolley, showcasing an array of teas from the classic Black Tea, Oolong Tea, Green Tea and Tisane Tea, with the option of adding in Honey – Maleleuca Honey, Royal Honey, Milky Creamy Honey and Jungle Honey, as well as organic fresh herbs – Mint, Rosemary, Lavender and Thyme – snipped from the plant and directly into the teapot.
