Some of you have seen parts of this video on my old channel, this is the entire video and I explain what and why I am doing.
The DDR is known for being a good watch dog, home protection dog and as you can imagine, I felt huge satisfaction with every test I gradually had my dogs though. Of course there will always (with every litter) be exceptions to the rule, not all DDR dogs turn out the same, in fact not all GSD's, regardless of bloodlines. I am mentioning that as I see more channels on YouTube describing the GSD to be a good watch dog and many find themselves later when the dog is mature in a situation where the dog is actually soft and they wonder where they got things wrong.
