Telecom Companies Lose Users In July | Latest Business News

Описание: The active subscriber base of all the telecom operators dropped sharply in the month of July 2022, according to TRAI data. The industry lost close to 44 lakh users with Vodafone Idea losing the most. Reliance Jio’s customer losses were the highest in the last 18 months.
Among 4G users – high ARPU generators – Bharti Airtel added the most in the last 11 months, while Reliance Jio’s addition was the lowest in the last three months. Vodafone Idea added meager 20,000 users. For the home broadband business, Airtel’s pace of addition accelerated, while that Reliance Jio slowed down a bit.
