The Autobeam Performance LED 501 Sequential / Static Indicator kit consists of 2 (one for each wing mirror) of the full housing replacement units. These replacement units are designed to be the exact same shape as the OEM housing with precision fitment in the MK3 Focus wing mirror housings.

These LED units are quick and easy to install and super simple to switch between sequential and static modes - the simple flick of a switch!

Switchable sequential and static modes are not the only new feature found in this new Autobeam unit. Previously the only colour offered was smoked. This looked great and was good and aggressive looking but now Autobeam are offering three distinct colours to choose from - clear, white and black. In combination with the sequential / static switching, this gives maximum customisation!

In this video, I do the the install, giving you an overview of the step by step process so you can have the LED 501 Sequential / Static Indicator Unit upgrade from Autobeam in your Ford Focus RS (or other MK3) in no time!

I also show a comparison between all three colours offered. I compare them all in both static and sequential modes as well as both day and night lighting conditions to give a full overview of all the possible options!

As the units require no additional resistors or parts, changing from the stock bulbs/housing units or indeed the original Autobeam sequential units to the new Autobeam sequential / static version, gives an extra modern, stylish and personalised look as well as functional benefit to the MK3 Focus (RS, ST, etc. EU fitment) in a very short amount of time!

The stock bulbs work of course and indeed the Autobeam Performance bulb replacements and the V1 Autobeam sequential units (the Autobeam replacements being super bright and super awesome!) are also spot on as an upgrade and are very well made but when you upgrade to these new Autobeam units you will get a whole new look and feel to your car both illuminated and not!

Autobeam have done the work to make sure the sweep is just right, the colour is just right and the brightness is just right, as well as making great design choices including the rubber seal where the wires come out of the units and the new glass diffuser giving even light distribution all the way along the unit. Build quality is also very high!
