Illness hit hard and absolutely wrecked me this week, energy low, body fighting back, plans forced to change.
But this is prep. This is the reality no one posts about.
We’re not perfect, we’re not 100%, but we’re showing up anyway and doing what we can with what we’ve got. In this video I break down where I’m at physically and mentally, how illness has affected the final stretch, and the mindset going into OSG.
