GHANA VLOG 2 ⭐️ History & Adventures: Accra, Anomabo, Cape Coast, and Shai Hills

Welcome to Week 2 of our Ghana travel series 🇬🇭

This week, I’m taking you outside of Accra as we explore some of Ghana’s most beautiful and historic destinations — Anomabo, Cape Coast, Kakum National Park, Shai Hills Reserve, and the Eastern Region (Boti Falls). And of course… somewhere between all these adventures, we’re still living life in Accra 😉

Anomabo was our quick reset — a peaceful coastal escape before our big Cape Coast history day. We stayed at Sojourn Cabins in Anomabo (highly recommend if you want quiet, ocean views, and a cozy vibe).

In Cape Coast, we visited Cape Coast Castle, where we learned about the history of the transatlantic slave trade and its impact on African history and the diaspora. It was something I believe everyone should experience at least once.

We also visited Kakum National Park and did the famous Canopy Walk — it was equal parts terrifying and ecstatic!

Day 12: Detty Rave (If you know, you KNOW 🇬🇭🔥)
Day 13: Shai Hills Reserve + ATV Ride + Boti Falls (Eastern Region)
