Moongfali Preparation: Sabse pehle moongfali ko dho lein taaki wo halki geeli ho jaye. Isse besan ki coating achhe se chipak jati hai.
The Coating: Ek bade mixing bowl mein besan, chawal ka aata, corn flour aur saare masale mix karein. Ab isme geeli moongfali dalein.
The Texture: Zarurat ke hisab se thoda-thoda pani sprinkle karein. Yaad rakhein ki humein batter nahi banana hai, sirf moongfali ko masale se coat karna hai.
