US Attorney General Pam Bondi is facing heavy scrutiny after the Department of Justice revealed there is no Jeffrey Epstein client list.
The criticism at Bondi follows the Justice Department’s and FBI’s abrupt end to their inquiry into the Epstein files.
On Monday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was grilled by reporters about Bondi’s past comments.
Bondi’s comments contradicted a recent memo released by the DOJ and FBI that the inquiry was complete and there was nothing more to share with the public.
“This systematic review revealed no incriminating ‘client list’,” the memo read.
The DOJ and FBI’s recent memo also reiterated the agency’s inspector general’s previous findings that Epstein killed himself.
